Always feel like the people and staff really care. No judgments and no feeling out of place with this hospital.
My son has been coming here for 19 years. He has Lennox Gastaut Sydrome, CP, etc.. The staff has always been great. They really care for their patients.

Having to take your baby to the ER will always be a dreadful nightmare but so much thanks to the staff at Valley Children's. They are so nice and so helpful. From the security guards to the nurses all the way up to the Dr.s thank you
People are great! However I took my granddaughter in on the 23rd (Sunday) she was throwing up on Saturday and had the chills. I mentioned she had shots (vaccines) done within 2 weeks. They said maybe she had a urinary infection and that if her fevers and throwing up continued to bring her back. I gave her Tylenol and ibuprofen and recommended and she was still very sick so took her back on Tuesday. When I took her back on Tuesday they stuck a catheter in her which was very painful and gave her two shots one on each thigh. We... read more
We have gone to Valley Children's for many things ranging from stitches in the ER to broken bones and 6 years ago my daughter was diagnosed with a heart condition called Ebsteins Anomoly. She has had preventative care quarterly and now annually. Everyone who works there who we've ever come in contact with is pleasant and helpful and seems to really care about my children.
