Worked there for 11 years as a Radiographer/CBDT and other than 2 out of 60 or so co-workers, I only have wonderful memories of the mutual respect towards me by every one, including the doctors, which I will say is a rarity in this day and age! I would also like to add that these doctors are the best Orthopedic Surgeons in the Midwest! 5 stars Dr. Schall is a kind, caring, and compassionate doctor who will take time to listen to your concerns and answer any and all questions. When deciding if it was time for a knee replacement, there was never any pressure. It was completely my decision. He did a superb job on my total right knee replacement approx. 14 months ago. Very good experience here. Had both my knees replaced here. Will not go anywhere else. I even moved out of area. And drive 3 hrs to get here now.
No didn’t get what I needed because he couldn’t read a MRI shoulder needs another one and told to get it from other doctor I don’t even see. Then told ask that other doctor who I can see. Wasted time!

I'm sitting in the waiting room. I got here 10 minutes early for my appointment & I'm still in the waiting room almost an hour later. I've been looking forward to this appointment for 3 weeks but I'm about to walk out having not even seen the doctor. UPDATE: When I finally got in (after going to the front desk twice) over an hour after my appointed time, the nurse asked me 3 times if i would like to reschedule.
