Tried to make an exchange. Item was purchased the day prior, wrong size frame bag wouldn't fit bike frame. Unfortunately the receipt must have fell out of the bag, so I didn't have it. Tags were not removed from item. Item was just wrong size. I was only trying to do an exchange not get a refund. Guy working counter was a complete jerk. Will never shop there again. I encourage you to do the same
My experience with Valley bike and ski is 100% positive. Awesome service, awesome products.
Valley Bike's mechanics have bailed me out at the last minute not once but twice before major off-road bikepacking journeys. Apparently I have a knack for breaking something on my bike during the final hours of my prep before really long rides. Twice I've rushed into the shop during their evening hours, past the time I'm supposed to leave town, and they've stopped what they're doing to fix my bike. Both times they were efficient, thorough, and got the job done within an hour while I waited AND for a reasonable price too!
Everytime I go in the people are very helpfull. They know their stuff.
I'm from out of town, found a bike that fit what I was looking for. Not only did Eric remember me when I called a month later ~ but he also made sure everything was taken care of and ready for me when I came back and purchased my new bike. I'm SO happy with my new Liv Invite ~ thanks for all of your expertise!!
