What a great team! We needed a last minute bike rack replacement for our trip up north. Valley Bike and Ski worked to find the one we needed to fit our needs and budget. Erik and Lee worked to put it together for us and get it on my truck. We were all set! Wait........my son was riding his bike in the parking lot and encountered a problem. I've bought three consecutive bikes at Valley and have had great service.
So far great service for getting my old bike tuned up. Excited to get it back. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, willing to listen to all my questions.
I recently brought my older road bike into Valley for a rear brake cable replacement and asked about the availability of a longer stem for the handlebars as I like to sit up higher...within 60 seconds, I was told they couldnt do the brake as there was a slight crack in the brake handle and replacement parts were not available. As far as a longer stem extension, I was told this wasnt an option. I took my bike to a repair shop in Rosemount and again within 60 seconds was told all of these concerns are easily fixable. I can't say enough positive things about Valley Bike and Ski. They are not only knowledgeable about their bikes, but they helped us find the perfect bike with all the things we need in our budget. The customer service we received was top notch and they went above and beyond to make sure they could get the bike in stock and ready for purchase for our sons birthday!
Great swap program! They make it so easy. I dropped off my road bike for sale, and returned to purchase a new fat bike in it's place. The Valley Bike and Ski staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely keep going back!
