This dealer never replied and never called back. He's in a hurry to get off the phone. I don't think the car is even there. They just want to reel in. Don't waste your time.

Took a week to get photos of truck in question the photos posted on car gurus was only two same angle same shot truck was very dirty. After finally receiving photos no pics of the interior were sent. I requested photos of it again I waited four days. I received a reply "sorry the trucks in reconditioning and I can't get the pics until tomm will send them first thing in the morning" was also asked if I'd like to come out and look at it from California (an 8+ hr driveone way) again no reply today is Tuesday four days since rep... read more

sorry to hear your sad about our service, we are a small dealership and it can be very hard sometimes to follow up with customer demands, may we ask which chevy truck you were interested in?
I asked dealer to send my pictures of the engine and inside. Never sent them and told me to just come down and see the car. I live 30 miles away. Not going to happen unless I am certain I like it.
