Never again. After boarding our dog (this is our fourth time) , I usually call after a couple of days of her being there. First time I called she was doing wonderfully. The very next day (Wednesday), Dr wendi left a message informing us “not a big deal” that Rosie was experiencing a little bit of stress diarrhea and was being treated with anti-diarrhea medication. RecommendedVery fast and professional. They are doing a great job keeping everyone safe and making sure our pets are healthy. Prices were reasonable and our dog was just as happy coming out as going in!
I will never go back to this animal hospital again because of the experience I had with my dog’s surgery. I dropped my dog off at 730am for an 815am scheduled neutering. I called at 230pm because I had not heard from the doctor. I was told that my dog was next in line for surgery. I finally got a call at 4:45 PM saying that he was fine and that they keep animals overnight after surgery. When I asked if the overnight attendant was qualified, I was told they are left unattended all night. That didn’t make sense to me so I call... read more

Love everyone at Valley Animal! We’ve taken all of our pets here for years!! Just last week our 12 year-old kitty was feeling really lousy and I was afraid we were losing him. Drs. Oakland and Roberts took wonderful care of him and he’s back to playing, eating well, and feeling good! To everyone at Valley...thank you for taking such good care of Tigger!! 🥰🐱

Last Saturday I couldn't have asked for a better experience as I had to say goodbye to my Buster♡Sensitivity from the whole team,letting me hurry through the payment process as he was being taken care of by Dr.Wendi so I could exit quietly through the side door with Busters remains as soon as she was done really helped me cope. I recently took my 4 yr old fur baby to Valley for spay and hernia repair, I was very anxious about the whole experience and concerned my poor baby would stay overnight for monitoring in a cage most likely crying for me but when my husband picked her up the next day he was told about how they all loved her and took turns holding her and made me feel so much better that they cared for my baby as much as I do.
