THANKS!! – I have to share my experience last month. We were on vacation when our 18 year old daughter called us hysterical because our two bull terriers got into it and one was bleeding badly. Although our daughter is responsible she didnt have experience with bloody injuries. After calming our daughter down we called Valley Animal Hospital and told them the situation. VALLEY ANIMAL HOSPITAL KILLED OUR CAT – DO NOT GO TO VALLEY ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!! We took our three healthy cats in for a routine grooming with sedation and came home with two. We received a very short and cold explanation as to why our cat died in their care. One of the other cats has a bleeding toe from her nail being cut too short. They saved my dogs life – After taking my dog to my normal vet and having her misdiagnosed and brushed off, I was recommended to come here to see Dr. Lucero. After just explaining to him on the phone what was going on he said that my vet nder estimated what was wrong with my dog and that she was considered a life threatening emergency. After doing some more research it turns out he was right. Always go here – I always go there no problems so far! All of you people who are complaining are cheap, you say you love your animals so much but don't want to pay for their well being. Of course, if the animal is very sick not even if you take them to best hospital they are not going to be able to save them. Just remember that when you die your family still will have to pay for your hospital even if you pass away because the service was done.

This place is Great! I had a problem with my little dog hurting its leg! =o( He jumped off my bed and my bigger dog also jump off after him. And she accidentally stepped on his leg. He was in great pain and crying :( We thought it might be broken so we took him to Valley Animal Hospital. It was after hours and they was closed. Inconsiderate Staff and Vet, overpriced, horrible service. – I took my beloved Dog to this Vet. due to an illness that put my dog at a high risk of death, he was bleeding from his rear. (the sickness was unknown, at the beginning Omar (surgical technician) and Dr. David and Haubert nice and promised to cure my dog. So I payed $300 to start with treatment and they recommended to leave the dog overnight, when I came back next day my poor dog was with blood all over his body and I had a bill of $660 and more in which a bath was... read more
