Fantastic doctor who really cares for his patients.
Dr. Hazlett is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. He really listens and always gives honest, thoughtful advice. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I’ve been coming here for many years because of a complicated dialysis graft, and the entire staff has been amazing the whole time. Everyone is kind, supportive, and truly feels like family.
