Amazing job – Not only did McNeil's Auto Body do a fantastic job repairing my car after it was hit by a bus last week, but they went above and beyond what was expected, working directly with the owner of the other vehicle, arranging to have a rental car waiting for me, and detailing out the inside of my car as well, making the whole process easy and convenient. The whole experience was professional and easy, and I have referred them to several friends and family--I will for sure use them again in the future.
Alright wont return. – They put a new bumper on my car for me, they did a good job with the bumper pretty good paint job and it was ready the next day. BUT they broke one of my headlight brackets which on my car is part of the headlight and its $300, the only reason I did not say anything to them is because the tow company that broke my bumper to begin with paid over $1200 for the bumper and I was happy with that. Professional and courteous – This was our second car repaired at McNeil's. They are always very courteous and patient when explaining the options and details of the body work. The second time I was able to tour their shop. They pay close attention to the small details and the work is very professional. Our car looks great!
McNeil's is Top of the Line – We recently had our third car repaired at McNeil's. We originally found McNeil's as a result of an accident my son had on the freeway near Draper and his car was towed to McNeil's. We have been more than satisfied with McNeil’s work. All three cars have looked like new cars once the repairs were made, as not only is the car's body damage repaired but the rest of the car is detailed inside and out. Saratoga Springs Auto Body – I live in Saratoga Springs, UT and when I heard that McNeil's Auto Body has an office in Saratoga Springs I thought that was pretty cool because there aren't any shops out here and it's a long drive to find another shop. Trace met me here in Saratoga, and got everything taken care of for me. Not only did they do amazing work but they made it so EASY. I highly recommend McNeil's Auto Body! ps the car was totally detailed when I got it back! Nice touch...

Nicest People to Work With – I have a 1999 van that was in an accident . It was the first time I had ever been in accident or had autobody work done. They were so helpful and my old van looked new when they got done! I would definitely suggest them for future work. Thanks for the great job!
Good as new! – My wife put a dent in her new 5 day old Avalon, as you can imanige she was quite upset. We took her car to McNeils with hopes it would look new again. Well it did, you could not tell that it had been dented, it looked just like it did when she first took delivery of the new car, it was spotless inside and out. Excellent Service!!! – If you're looking for excellent customer service, quality work, and competitive pricing, McNeil's Auto Body is the only place to go! I didn't get into an accident, but I did back into a "dummy" post in a parking lot. My brother sent me to Trace with the promise I wouldn't be disappointed. The work that was done on my car far surpassed any expectations I had. My bumper was replaced and my car was fully detailed; it looks brand new again!
