I will happily recommend Valet Auto Body to anyone in need of their services. The phrase, "We take care of you and your car", could not be more true! A situation that could have been so stressful for me was made easy by the caring employees of Valet. They worked with the person responsible to get my car fixed the right way. My car looked fabulous after Valet Auto Body fixed the damage done on my car bumper! Several people commented on how nice my car looked, which has never happened since I bought the car 4 years ago. My car was totaled on southbound I-15. My insurance agent recommended these guys. Awesome decision! They not only worked great with my vehicle but also offered pointers on dealing with insurance. They wanted to make sure we were happy on every front!
We have a 2011 Durango and sadly right after i bought it it was wrecked twice. All of the staff at VALET went above and beyond any expectations one could have when dealing with insurance companies and us as customers. The team there is courteous, informative, and provide an outstanding overall experience. Had my wife's Porsche 911 in for a replacement part on the front bumper. Not only was it installed perfectly - but at a great price! Nothing but care and concern shown to me and my family! Great place to do business!
I was referred to Trace at Valet Auto Body by a long time friend when my Nissan Maxima needed a new front bumper and some paint work. Trace was always very responsive, helpful, and constantly followed up with me to make sure that everything was going well. Our experience at Valet Auto Body was nothing short of amazing! We have busy schedules and were not able to drop our car off during normal business ours so Valet Auto Body actually drove to our house and picked up our car to take in for an estimate, brought it back to us, and again came and picked it up when it was time for the repairs to be done! Valet Auto Body has A+ customer service and we would recommend them to anyone!
