Happy customer – Trace and Tony delivered all that was promised. This is no greasy shop. It is pristine, and so was the work. They even sent someone to pick me up and take me to my car when it was done. Then they gave me touch up paint so I can band-aid little rock chips in the future, and taught me how to do it. I hope to have it be a while before I need them again, but when I do, I will be back.
Fabulous Auto Body Shop – We have used McNeil's Auto body several times. Their customer service is excellent. Tres (owner) bends over backwards to make sure you are satisfied with your experience at his shop. The work is excellent and done quickly. They are always looking for ways to save you a few dollars as well. I love that they detail my car as a finishing touch. I recommend McNeil's Auto Body to everyone I know who are in need of body work.
Excellent service – I had a simple seat belt repair on my Ford Escape. I was shocked to hear the dealer's quote for parts and labor for such a simple repair. I took the vehicle down to Valet and I ended up paying roughly HALF of what the dealer would have charged. Thank you, Valet for saving me literally hundreds of dollars, not to mention the professional service.
Valet Auto Body (McNeil's) is SIMPLY the BEST – Valet Auto Body has metaphorically bent-over-backwards to ensure I am satisfied with my vehicle. A tree fell on my brand new car and it needed a lot of body work on the roof and hatch. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and it was in beautiful quality. What a great experience! – The customer service at McNeil's Auto Body was outstanding! I have had my car detailed many times at triple the price and it has never looked so good! Worst experience ever! – I can't beleive these reviews. They must be written by friends and family! I was promised a ton of things to be done on my truck but as soon as it was in the shop they completely forgot about me. They will do and say anything to get your car in there only to drop the ball later. 2 weeks later than promised and still not done right. Only a $1,500.00 repair. Maybe it wasn't big enough to matter to them. I will not be back!
Incredible Job – I have been thoroughly impressed with this autobody shop. They repaired our Honda Accord which was nearly totaled into essentially brand-new condition. They guarantee their work and stand by it. They fought the insurance company for me and cut out a lot of the dirty work that no one ever wants to do after getting into an automobile accident. Can't simply say enough good things.
Great service! – They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They supplied me with a rental car for the week it took to repair my car. They matched a quote I got from another shop. They then went on to do a couple little extras that we weren't expecting. McNeil's did a great job on the body work-very professional! I will return for future work.
Great Auto Work – I loved the thorough work that Mcneil's Auto Body Shop did on my car. I was in a hit and run accident that left my car with a big chunk taken out of my bumper. After a week in the shop my car looked like new. They did a wonderful job detailing my car as well. The car drove like new, and it didn't take very long in the shop. The staff was very helpful and efficient. They really knew what they were doing. I will definitely go back for any future work on my car.
