Communicated poorly and sold the car out from under me while I was already on my way to check it out.

In my initial contact, through CarGurus, I asked for: 1- The CarFax (since a 1 year old car has less than 4,600 miles on it). 2- How much $$ difference a CEL makes in my car's trade-in value (details given). I got neither, but only an attempt to get me to take a test drive.
Very helpful and smooth experience
First attempt last month got no response. Perhaps an email glitch. I was not in any rush so it worked out great. Very prompt response on the second try. They responded with the exact options I was concerned about. It turns out they have some that I need, but not all. Saving this as possible if nothing else pans out.
They got back to me right away and had a good conversation with the representative over email

Quick and polite response from Valenti Audi. However they did not move much in the way of negotiations. They are pretty firm on pricing. I'll have to keep looking elsewhere.
Spoke on the phone . Went to the dealership, Found personell to be professional and inviting. We tried to buy the red rs5,but the deal was not acceptable.
