I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. The dealer was quick to respond to my inquiry and my salesperson Michael was very helpful with directions to their location. The car was clean and ready for my test-driven and everyone at Valenti Volvo was friendly and accommodating as well as polite and respectful. Dealer replayed to my email, but has still not answered my questions. Hopefully they will give me the feedback soon, it has been more than 4 weeks waiting, should not be nessesary to wait that long for a few simple quest*s.

I am sorry that you feel we did not answer your question but we most certianly did state that we can not sell a car to someone shipping it out of the country. Your original request for information came to us on Sunday 7/22. We are not open on Sunday so Monday at 9:21am we responded letting you know that as a Volvo dealer, we can not sell a new car if it is going to be shipped out of the country. Valenti was great but would not use car gurus again. They leave a lot to be desired.
Very helpful and not pushy or annoying calling me 10 times a day. Pleasant to do business with.
