I was very impressed with Miss J, she is a highly talented jewelry expert, She invited me to watch her set a stone in a ring that I have had for years WOW WOW WOW There were so many steps to reach the finished piece 1st she payed attention to every little detail, all the while explaining the purpose of each process 2nd the many steps required just blew my mind 3rd Watching Miss J use many different tools, dips, and machines just opened my eyes to how lucky I was to see this process, and I believe it was fate that I came here... read more

Last year I took a valuable ring to have something different done with the diamonds, such as having them put into a different setting. We decided to have a halo added instead. For this we were charged almost $1,000. Not even a month went by before the tiny chips of diamonds started falling out. Mr. Valencia did fix it that time, but this time were were told it would be $80 to have the 2 other chips replaced.
