I had several pieces of jewelry sitting around either needing repairs or redesigned to be able to wear. J was fabulous in helping me with the new designs and making beautiful repairs. I definitely recommend her services to any who is looking for quality work.

I've had Ms Rose do a couple of jobs for me and have been quite satisfied. I appreciate that she will make suggestions on design. She is happy to spend the time you need to help make a decision and doesn't do the "hard sell" routine at all.

I have never give this low a rating to any one before, but I feel very strongly about this. I took my watch pendent in to have it switched from a windup to battery operated. I was charged $110. It was a disaster from the time I picked it up. The mechanics were changed out but the second hand keeps falling out and stopping the watch from working and now I am unable to use this beautiful watch. This is a shop I would not recommend for any kind of repairs!
