I really like this dealership. I came with a friend of mine when they bought their car and witnessed the whole buying process. It was smooth and painless. Very friendly staff and nice facilities as well. Ryan was their salesman and he was very professional, and courteous.
My wife and I recently drove to Gainesville to visit relatives. While we were here a family friend told us about Valucar and a consignment program they have, since we'd been trying to sell our Hyundai for quite some time. Put the car on their lot and someone bought in within a week. Fully satisfied with my experience here.
My dad drove up here with me a couple months ago so I could pick out a new truck, left the dealership in an almost-new f250 that day. Engine sounds great and the ride is smooth, haven't had a single problem with it.
My daughter just bought a car from Val-ucar. She loves it, and the payments are set around her work schedule. Needless to say she is very happy with her decision to buy from there!
my sister recently drove to gainesville to check out the schools and stopped at this dealership cause they had hummers in front. she didnt buy a hummer but she came back home with a really nice nissan and from the way it sounds she loves it.
The shop area (service dept) is very good. My civic was rattling while I turned and the shop guys took it for a test drive, diagnosed and repaired the problem all in 2 hrs! Very good service!!!
I've never been so happy after signing for a new vehicle. The car I picked is in good condition and runs perfectly, the salesman I dealt with was quite patient (I'm very indecisive haha) and the wait was fairly comfortable sitting in their TV room. I must say I'm impressed!
Every time I come here, I leave happy. Mrs. Karen is just the most pleasant person to speak to. She helped me to understand the tag/title process, and always says hi to me when I come to make payments. Nice to see genuine people are still around!!!
Got my equinox off their lot, mileage was pretty low and everything still runs great. I'm happy with my purchase and will probably come back when it's time for a new vehicle again.
