The only times I have ever had a problem here were very insignificant, such as the drink machine took my dollar, and there was a movie I couldnt stand in the movie lounge. I mean really? Compared to all the other things that could go wrong at a car dealership, those things are absolutely fine. I have never been treated disrespectfully, or had any type of problem with this dealership, and for that I THANK THEM!!!!
My experiences with this dealership have always been positive. I make my payments on time and therefore have no problems. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car again!!!
Whoop Whoop!!! got my dang car finally!!! I am so excited, and just in time for the holidays too.... the whole buying process really was easy, and we were treated with respect the entire time!!!
I went there yesterday and had a great time. I was unusually happy and had a blast test driving cars and eating popcorn in the waiting room. Anyhow I got my car...(finally) and am very happy still!!!
I just payed my car off that I bought at Val-U Car. It took 2 1/2 years and I finally payed it off. For now I am content with my little Cruiser, but when it comes time to trade I will return to Val-U car to do business. I have no complaints with this dealership. I've always made my payments on time and I have a good standing with this company. Im glad too, because I really like this place!!
Everytime I come here to make my payments I leave happier then I arrived. Even when I call. I swear they have the nicest cashiers I've ever dealt with. Very polite and professional, and they will do anything in their power to make sure you are happy. With customer service this great it's no wonder they are doing so well. I have spoke with most of the sales team, and I really like them all as well. I will absolutely stay a loyal customer to this dealership, regardless what anyone else says. I have NEVER had a problem here.
My good friend Mark recommended me to come here to buy my truck. I was a little sceptical but went anyway. I ended up approved and driving my F250 within a few hours. I am glad I went there, I ended up getting the exact truck I've been looking for, down to the color!
Being treated with respect at a car dealership means alot, and the staff at Val-ucar know it. I will never go to another car lot as long as I live. I walked in and was approved for a loan, shortly after choosing the little PT Cruiser that I ended up buying. The entire process took about four hours, and now I have the right ride for me. Very happy with the entire car buying process.
I was in here with my husband not too long ago, we were shopping around for a specific car that nobody within 100 miles seemed to have at a good price. Well this place had it and they were even willing to work with us on the payments. Glad we were approved and able to drive out with it same day.
