I have a hard time understanding why people are rude on the phone. what makes you think that I want to do business with your company. I guess the satisfaction of a few costumers a month to make ends meet is enough for the owner. In any case, I suggest a no go to this place.
Receptionist was extremely rude dr's English is very hard to understand they WILL NOT work with another hospital if you move or have an emergency else where, I missed two appointments at my new bet because they would not fax His records. I called the new hospital called after 17 days they debt half of the record with a rude fax cover sheet TO MY NEW VET! Very unprofessional would not pay a penny for their thoughts.
