RecommendedI can’t say enough good things about this Marriott hotel property. It’s in a fabulous Vail slope side location. The hotel is very clean, nicely designed with a Western finish and very modern. The staff from front desk, valet, concierge, housekeeping to bartender were super nice and extremely helpful. This hotel stay helped make and already amazing ski trip even for more fabulous!
This is the biggest ski area. The guys Im skiing w nearly killed me treying to show the whole resort in one day. What a way to go!
I am sorry to say the titanium elite level does not brink any value. Extremely disappointed with titanium service and support. Can never get anything resolve over the phone. Properties never recognize a titanium we have the same poor treatments any guests. Terrible terrible I am ready to switch hotel. If you guys care call me and I will go over all my feedback. 312 764 7072 I have even checking but the experience at the phone is terrible. Great hotel but checkin at 4:00 is a little over the top. How and why would I pay $700.00 a night and checkin at 4:00. This is absolutely out of control

Strobe light smoke detector over your bed in your eye as you sleep, with no solution, Chinese lights that don’t work and HVAC that needs adjusting in order to get a good nights sleep after a powder day, amazing attention to detail here.

The bar staff and hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and just all around great conversationalists! Evgeni, one of the fantastic bartenders, was exceptionally friendly and helpful: Jeremy was also a very nice server, and our experience at the bar was elevated because of their friendliness. I would absolutely stay there again just for the bell hops, bar staff and valet!
