Has to be one of the most awesome places to stay, hangout, or just enjoying the great atmosphere that it has to offer...
Had a nice stay but... Unfortunately, hotel never delivered a valuable package that had been left at the front desk for me. It included a number of things including ski lessons for my son. Had to check in multiple times to get updates - seldom was there follow up from Marriott and as shifts changed I had to start from square one explaining the issue over and over again. My son ended up with a trip to Vail, rented skis, a lift ticket and no his ski lessons - package never was found. I was told it was possibly delivered to ano... read more
