I had a fabulous stay on my first visit to beautiful Vail and the team at the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort had a lot to do with that. From Kirk from Kearney, NE behind the desk welcoming me to Devin behind the bar at the Avalanche Pub, every single Marriott Team Member went out of their way to make my experience memorable. Service from first impression to the final drive out of the valet station like this is why I am proud to be a Marriott Platinum guest.
Great location and wonderful customer service (especially at the Concierge and Front Desk), but man I hate the pillows in the room. They are long and narrow and made sleeping uncomfortable!
Nice place, pleasant staff. Really sad that I just paid the same price for a very noneventful -nonMarriott stay in La Junta.
Indoor pool was amazing for my children and I mini vacation!
Fantastic guest service, great accommodations and food, fast and courteous valet service, and comfy beds! I was there with friends for the Colorado Baptist General Convention and it was an amazing experience, and all the staff at the hotel ensured that it went smoothly.
