One coffee stand on-site that doesn't open until 6:30am sharp is totally unacceptable when you charge around $1k per night!!! And you're a ski resort!! There's 10 people in line and no one running the show. Awful. Vail Mountain Resort where you can't even coffee.
We have been coming to Vail for years. I haven't stayed at the Marriott for a while but it seems to have gone really down hill from what I remember. Upon arrival we were informed that they accidentally gave our room away to another guest. They basically started scrambling to figure out where they were going to put us. After offering to wave our resort fee and give us free wifi they put us in a tiny timeshare room that's not even the size of the standard room. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
Great check in experience! They let me check in hours early and I couldn't be more thankful. Wonderful desk associates and the room is beautiful and perfect! Can't wait to spend the week at such a beautiful welcoming resort!
