No complaint about this doctor. They always answer my calls and have answers for me. It's easy to get an appointment. They are professionals. I recommend Dr. Hekmat and his staff. good experience 3 kids.
Wish I could give zero stars . The doctor is so rude , has zero patience . Rough when treating a patient . Also the receptionists are so rude and mean . Worst customer service . When you call they talk to you in such a mean way . Also very demanding when they want you to come back to make an appointment . They don’t understand sometimes schedules have to be changed . They want you to come in on their own time not yours .
The office was dirty, the small patients' room had the equipment and chairs covered in dust. The doctor was apathetic to my child's fear of getting his sprained finger checked. His staff was the worst of all. The older nurse administering the vaccines was rude, cold, and caused a very traumatic experience in my child. Never again.
Great Dr, he gets hands on with your child! The assessment is complete down to looking at skin and into the diaper. His bedside manner is great. His staff can be a bit rude in the phone at times and I wish his office hours were a bit more flexible but he is worth the wait any day
