This company is a total sham. They put a roof on for me in 2016 and I've had problems with it leaking. When I call them they are very rude and put the blame on me and say someone was on my roof and crushed my vent pipe. I'm a senior citizen (76 years old) and a widow. They actually said I was on my roof and did this. They refuse to come out here to fix it. These people are very crooked and don't deserve to be in business.
We had a new boiler installed in 2018. This spring I noticed the exhayst pipe was leaking water on to the wall sill. They came and tramped thru the house, no Co-Vid protocol. Fixed it by putting a pipe in the wall, then charged me trying to say it was my fault because that was the way I wanted it back in 2018. If you are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and professional contractor....look no further! We called Vacinek for a roofing quote and the woman on the phone was super nice and helpful! We had to reschedule the appointment due to winter weather but were able to get another appointment right away. We decided to get a quote for a new furnace, water heater, and central air while he was here. When they finish a job and the damage items within the house as a result of there work or negligence, they blame it on the homeowner and belittle them to believe it’s your fault this happened and the customer should of known better. They will raise there voice to to you on the phone and refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. I would never recommend this contractor to anyone for any type of work.
when installing an a.c. unit, it would be helpful if your installer would verify property lines. As a result of your negligence, a property encroachment occured which your customers refuse to resolve in any manner. I will be informing everyone I know of your sub-par business practices

Our technicians were told to place the outdoor unit at that location by our customer at the time of installation in September of 2019. The customer did reach out to us this summer to give them a quote to move the unit, but have not contracted us to do so yet. Thank you.
Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Most certainly don’t recommend what a rip off and not to mention unprofessional and RUDE!!!!

RecommendedOur AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year. I called Vacinek first thing the next morning thinking it would be weeks for service but they were able to come out the next day!!! He was right on time and had it repaired in less than a half hour and a VERY reasonable price! We used them about 4 years ago when our hot water tank blew as well. I will most certainly use Vacinek again in the future and recommend them to family and anyone in the Springville Area. Thank you again!
