AVOID rentals by Gvaldi!! They are a FRAUD!!! First of all, By Gvaldi does not really exist. There is no By Gvaldi office at the address given on the site which is the address of the Grand Double Tree By Hilton in Miami. When a traveller reads 4pm as the check-in time, they understand that check-in STARTS at 4pm. Once we had arrived in Miami, Patrick harrassed us by texts because a lady called Heidi was waiting for us in the lobby...
