I had the best experience ever at this salon last night. The staff are so incredibly sweet and really want to make sure they understand exactly what you want. The salon is decorated beautifully and in a great location. I felt so relaxed the whole time and during my hair wash the neighbours cat jumped up and laid down on my legs. I couldn’t recommend this salon more for the experience and how my hair feels and looks after.

I had a full head foil with dark pink/red colour & hair cut from Vacance Hair. It turned out exactly how I wanted my hair to be. They contacted me before the appointment, and explained the process, possible hair damage in a long term, and the price. I felt like they care about my hair in a long term, not just one time customer. I also bought their shampoo and conditioner as my 10 yo son's head was starting to smell like a man... Despite the many positive reviews, my experience was not a good one. I am well aware that my hair is thick, frizzy, and difficult to manage. His comments about my hair texture felt very negative to me. I have had my hair cut by countless stylists over the years, and I have never been told anything like that before.

Getting my hair done in this place is a real treat. Found this Japanese hair salon on google map which is nestled amongst the charming Queenslander cottages. I got to experience the attentive service and spoiled with wide range of hair colour choices.

The Japanese style service and hair spa treatment were great. Unfortunately, my haircut did not meet the same high standard. While they may excel in colouring and treatments, I cannot recommend them for haircuts based on my experience.
