46 minutes now I've been on hold passed around 5 times to the same department can't get an answer or a helpful person. Can't get more than 3 sentences out before I get "transferred" and put back on hold! You call this healthcare??
Returned home last night from my third trip to Salt Like V.A in three weeks and I couldn't happier with the care I have received there. I don't know about other veterans but every one at the hospital was so friendly and helpful. The Clinic here in Idaho has the same kind of care. Thank you VA Salt Lake City Health Care!
After 15 years of fighting with the VA here in Grand Junction Colorado, they finally sent me to you. You have done more for me in the last 6 months than the VA in Grand Junction has done in the 19 years I have been out of the Army. Top notch health care again. I had heart ablation surgery on Monday. Once again my nurses in telemetry did an outstanding job. Trevor, Paula, Jessica, Daniela and her trainer (forgot his name) Brad and my morning nurse yesterday, all deserve a raise. My hat is off to travel, lodging and everyone else who I have forgotten their names. And last but not least, Dr. McGarry, who was a true professional and the whole staff at AMU. Thank you all from the bottom of my NSR heart. God bless you all!!
i have been enrolled with salt lake VA for 6 yrs, and live in southern Utah. about a 5 hr trip, at first the service was great, I have no connected disability from Military service so have copay for medication,but over the last 2 yrs have received awfull care Require Cpap and also a once a yr meeting in salt lake to keep in system for the mask and tubes, being its so far to travel I have to take shuttle bus and can never get appointment, my next appointment was made in Aug for a December appointment my last appointment for a... read more
