for starters, leadership could hold themselves to the same standard they hold everyone else to.
I have had very good care from the VA here in Utah over the past 10 years. I was given a portable oxygen concentrator early this year and by March it was not working properly.. It was returned to the VA in late March for a check. It is now 6 months later and I still do not have it back. I found that it was returned by Phillips after three months and that it still did not work. Now three months later it is still not back. I worked at the VA for 33 years. I loved the VA and the patients. I have some wonderful memories.

About 4are5 years ago I almost died and I went to the emergency and there 6 doctor s and they help me and I always wanted to thank from my heart but I never saw them again I know that God was merciful to me that day so now thank you for helping me at va huspital it is a wanderful huspital. Not my favorite place in the world, but they have always treated my father in law who is a veteran with first class treatment.
This place is an absolute joke. The staff is horrible. The customer service, along with the wait times, are horrendous. The whole hospital is crawling with unprofessionalism. Absolutely disgusting
Have emergency and told I could not park or would be ticketed. Waited 15 min for Valet. Worse every time
