I come to the VA for answers to my health concerns, not for a hand out. Perhaps you could validate my ailments while you run test to see what exactly is wrong with me. In the civilian medical world that's what providers do, but I guess from your view it's best to deny everything versus' acknowledge ailments. Perhaps you should change your motto to "Serving those who served, but only on our terms".
