Excellent people with forward thinking progressive ideas
I had open heart surg. At Seattle VA in Dec. 2012 and had really good care by all the doctors and nurses. So I highly recommend this place.
I have been using the Seattle VA since I retired 22 years ago. I could go to Madigan Army Hospital in Lakewood (South of Tacoma.), Bremerton Naval Hospital, or a civilian practice, but I choose the Seattle VA. The Seattle VA is fantastic. They always seem to go above and beyond. I've had the same primary provider for 20+ years. They treat me great. No complaints at all.
worst ever they treat people that served there Country like Trash!! Most are there for a check and its the dirtiest Hospital I have ever been in!!!
I feel sorry for the patients that have to use other VA's. Seattle VA is the best health care I've ever had!

My fiancé was there for ear surgery last week and we had the BEST experience. The doctors were amazing and the staff was phenomenal. Dr Hume and Dr Law were absolutely wonderful. Margaret, Linda, Vincent and Job were stellar. What a wonderful group of people who genuinely care for their patients. Thank you all.
Absolutely disgusted by the way my wife and 4 year old were treated today. It ended with Doctor R yelling at my wife down the street. What a Mickey Mouse establishment. I only thought ignorant white men yelled at black women but apparently the educated have stooped to this low down disgusting thinking. You must think you are so almighty and privileged, but your not. Your ill and sick and no herbal remedy can fix that. Good riddance to you and your marijuana induced staff.
I appreciate the care I am receiving at American Lake VA. I am in between Primary Care Providers at this time but am getting most of what I need to get done. Special thanks to Sandy Eilpes who is my nurse, Chandlier Feuk Director of Prosthetics, and Tony in the Director's office.
