It'd be nice if I could find a parking spot to make it to my appointments instead of driving around for 45 minutes!
Hire more attending doctors in the Rheumatology clinic (Seattle)! Waited over a month to be seen by the only doctor able to do a sonogram & knee aspiration, only to show up for appointment and find that only doctor is out sick and will be out for a month. So, have to wait over a month for another appointment. Meanwhile, in really bad pain! I bet if the politicians had to put up with this, they would budget more money so you can hire more staff!
For an organizations that says they 'care' about veterans, this facility fails. They continuously have problems getting my husband's medication to him in a timely manner causing him to go through withdrawal every month. This has been an on going problem for three years. After spending four hours at your facility today, my husband comes home with the news that his pharmacy account is being audited to see why the meds are continually being screwed up. When will it be through and meds shipped? He's told he'll get an email. An E... read more
Normally I'm pretty happy with the care my father gets but the last visit to the hospital in Seattle I was very unhappy. The nurse was rude, and they tried to say we were late when we were a half hour early. I could go on, but I don't have the time. Suffice it to say I was completely disgusted and very angry by the time we left.... 3 hours after scheduled appointment time. Ridiculous.
