Even with the resent situation that I encountered with VA Puget Health Care still fresh in mind. I would be remiss in not noting all of the help and care that I have received at American Lake and also at Seattle over twenty or more years. Thanks to the staff and programs offered at American Lake and care when at Seattle with my mental and physical health it would not be as good as it is today. My doc at American Lake ( women's clinic) seems to actually care about my well-being. I never really got that feeling while I was in the military. Now, if I can find out if I have optometry services available, that's be great!
Been to the ER 3 times in the last week for an issue was told to make an appointment with my Doc. So after calling the VA and spending over 30 minutes on hold waiting to make an appt I was told none available until March. When I said I needed to get in sooner the dude got snotty and told me to come back in to urgent care. I hung up on him. Now what the hell am I to do? I can't even drive atm.
