Hire ''Real'' doctors (preferably men) who know how to treat a problem. Iv been going to VA clinic in Paragould for 7 years now, and still have the same foot, back, and neck problem. The pain meds. they give are baby stuff. Those Nurse Practitioners or APRN are not doctors. All they seem to be concerned with is how much you drink, how much you smoke, thoughts of suicide. (ps. Over a month with kidney pain and passing blood. 3 weeks waiting for a MRI. Was told would make apt with urology. Week later called and found out they hadn't got one and failed to let me know. Going to a civilian doctor. This is what govt run health care looks like I guess.
Rude. No one answers the phone. I had yearly blood work today and in the lab restroom there was what look like someone shaved their pubic hair in the sink. I showed the phlebotomist and he cleaned it up. I’m thinking of just paying $450/month for medical insurance.

Since Dr Ramrup left and her staff. You have wait around for your appt. Had new Dr. give my husband insulin no idea how use. Made appt with RN come find out only 1 nurse on duty husband hurting so much had leave after waiting beyond his appt. There was an other man waiting at least an hr. past his time and someone came out and said the Dr. cancelled what he needed cause now he didn't. Never got a call.
