Margot, the charge nurse in the psych ward part of the ER was so unprofessional and sassy to me when I asked for an update on my partner. The attitude is insane. Do not need this while we’re going through a difficult time.
This is the VA Hospital at LA Jolla The entrance and location on Google map is incorrect.
I’m glad I wasn’t dying because I would have definitely died in the waiting area of the ER waiting to get seen. After a few hours I left and went to a different hospital for help.
The Philippino looking gentleman working the front desk at the Veteran resource office was completely rude. I had to wait for him to finish a personal phone call about obtaining a new job. Just to be spoken to extremely rude and mean when he finished his conversation. When I asked for veterans resources and information he wasn't sure of the information he was providing me.
