Dr. Jensen is an incredible doctor at a great hospital. Sharp Reese Stealy has really evolved over the past two decades and truly aim to please their patients by keeping them healthy. Dr. Jensen’s does not respect patients’ time. My appointment was scheduled for 10:40 AM, and I took a half-day off work to be there. Despite repeatedly being told it would be “just 10 more minutes,” by 11:35 AM, I was informed that Dr. Jensen was still with another patient, with no estimated time for when I would be seen. The poor communication, misinformation on wait time and excessive wait time made this an extremely frustrating experience. If you value your time, I would not recommend this provider.
