I love this place. The personnel are always helpful, informative, and friendly, but what happened today was just above and beyond any reasonable expectation in this day and age: My Navy-vet brother lost his wallet today with no ID but over $200 in cash inside (I had his ID so I could park the car.) An employee found it and turned it in to lost and found! Thank you so much, anonymous employee!
I have nothing but great things to say about this hospital. The women's Center is top notch and finally in a brand new location. Surgeons are terrific, emergency wonderful. You might have to wait for the ER though. I have been a patient here for a long time and would actually be upset if I got sent to another hospital.
Socialized medicine. Hurry up and wait. I feel especially bad for the older vets. No one to advocate for them. Sometimes free isn't better.
Everyone was very nice to my dad ghey took very good care of him especially officer trent fox he was the kindess person we ever met
Always have had good service by great caring staff . We are very happy with them. Always on time. Never had a problem getting an appointment. Doctors are excellent
People were very friendly. Parking sucked. Feel bad for old people that cant find parking if valet is not available
My brother went there twice for an issue. You looked for stones and said he may have past them which is why you didn't see any in the X-ray so you sent him home with meds. Twice!! Now he's at St. Francis with a huge groin infection. His white blood counts were exteamly high when he was admitted! Did you even take blood from him??? They operated on him that same day. Today he's fighting to breath because pneumonia has set in. Ugh!!!!!
The best VA facility I've ever been to. Great care and no problems with appointments.
