Some of the rudest most disrespectful employees I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Vets should not have to deal with that type of treatment. Glad I moved out of Va.
Most important thing is the VA hospital needs to invest in municipal parking.
I am so frustrated with the cancelling and rescheduling of appointments and there is a serious lack of communication to actually get an appt and get things done in a timely manner. Being in constant pain and having the pain clinic stab you in the back with needles but don't give you the relief of the steriod is just ridiculous. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for my steriod injection. My appt is tomorrow....oh wait they cancelled that again. I think they try really hard to Help veterans but are severely understaffed! Parking is terrible at McGuire, not sure why they don't build a parking garage, it would really have a tremendous impact since more and more veterans are coming home from overseas needing continuous care! Our congressmen & congresswomen are doing a gross disservice to our Vets by not providing enough medical and admin staff to support desperate veterans in great need of quality care, this new program of sending vets into the civilian system is a ban... read more
