Make sure you are truly pre approved , we had a "pre-appoval" in hand and were starting to look at some houses and received an e-mail saying we were not qualified. Very frustrating after working for oveer a year to get things ligned up to be in the position to buy a house. Not a very good way to do business , thank you so much for a wasted year,going to anothee loan company,!!!!

Worst experience ever....you need to have knowledgeable processors ....We shouldn't find out a month later, after we put a bid on a house that you can't have 2 FHA loans, and that to go VA it has to be your primary residence. This should have been told to use a month ago. Disgusted.

Terrible experience using VA Home Loans in San Diego. Took way to long to close my loan 36 days, always blamed other people for every issue that came up. They have yet to refund money they owe me. They make claims I ask for proof of those claims and they are unable to do that. I do not recommend any Veteran or Civilian to use this company. There are many other fine organizations to use.
