Frankly I wasn't impressed with the look & feel of the facility. Looked old and run down. As a Marine - I worry about the care my brother's and sisters are receiving here.

I took a fellow Veteran to get his ID card, and as always the machine was down. We were referred to Sepulveda VA, where we took a number and waited. Our number was skipped, and when we asked why our number wasn't called, the clerk at the Admissions desk said, "And!?". Once called, we find out that the Sepulveda ID machine is also down. Wake Flaka Flame VA...!?

All you have to do is ask and more than not they will make a way to accommodate your need and provide the care!

Telephone service needs much improvement. I have been left on hold to die more than a few times. It's so difficult to speak with a clinic scheduling person or nurse just to ask a question that would take a minute. And why can't non-service connected vets receive dental services that are so vital to good health & positive self image. The cost to provide these services would be equal to few airplanes that sit unused.

Always great care and professionism from all concerened. A little bit of a wait to see some personnel but it it usually because they are quite busy. I went in earlyier to check in and got in an hour before my appointment started... THANKS!
