The surgery went well, the inpatient experience is the worst
Better than a duck, had surgery and the upper floors are fine. I was told I would have to wait 24 hours to see anyone in the ER once. I believe this was a stalling tactic.
I have been waiting since Dec 20, 2018 for an appointment with mammography. No one has answered or returned my phone calls yet, Good forbid, I might actually have cancer but, hey the VA obviously doesn’t care.
Took my husband here today for complications from the flu. The emergency area is extremely dirty with used bloody bandaids and cotton balls on the floor and urine stains on the lower bed area. I complained and the floor issues were attended to but nothing else. The restrooms were also dirty and not restocked. This is disgusting and unsanitary,our vets deserve better!

This is honesty they worst va hospital I have ever been too. If I’m going to an appointment, it’s automatically a 30 -40 minute wait. If I go to the ER, I don’t receive any help or treatment or relief for that matter. You might as well stay home with your pain, because at least there you will be comfortable
