I have no idea what the optometrist is like at all. The gatekeeper for this office might be the worst person I've ever met. She was rude with every word that left her mouth. She acted like I would know exactly how this clinic works. When I asked her a question, sir told me to sit down and wait to be called. I was there at 0800, but apparently that wasn't early enough and I was put on a waiting list. About an hour later, I learned I likely wouldn't be seen until two hours from that point.
