I'm homeless. I called about the benefits I'm entitled to, was told to come to the 2nd floor for assistance, cool. I rode from Homewood to this place on an electric bike, fell going 15 mph, just to get there and be told that I'd need to schedule an appointment, for FRIDAY. Today is Tuesday, I could've called for this, emailed for this. Absolutely useless .
