Worst customer service ever!!! I haven’t been able to use my alarm in six months and I can’t get a tech to come out to fix it! but yet they take my money every month
I am disappointed with V3 because they signed up my elderly father who lives alone in door to door sales exercises and locked him into 5 year contract. He doesn't drive, and doesn't use the phone so V3 is the one who made the contact and persuaded him to sign up, When I requested to close his account because he has moved to assisted living, i was advised he still has half his term left but i could pay half of his remaining balance to terminate. We have had V3 Security for almost 4 years. We absolutely love the equipment, the techs, the protection and the customer service!! Nick came out yesterday to complete some installs and upgrades and he has always been exceptional at what he does. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient and listens to the customers wants and needs. I would highly recommend this company all around!!! We keep resigning our contract year after year!! ���
