I started working here about a month ago and have finally found the 'perfect job'. During my interview, the hiring manager told me, "this will probably be the last place I ever work." I've been a customer now for a bit over 6 months. I have had no issues with the security equipment. I do however have a request for a customer service issue. Your web site does not have a portal for us customers to access our account, billing info, payment history or anything relating to our account with you. If you really want to provide a true modern day utility type service, there really isn't an excuse not to have this info available to your customers. Please update your home web page and provide this service. Thank you.
Called over two weeks ago for a battery replacement and they said they could send a technician to replace it. After scheduling the tech, at the very end of the call, they informed me that there would be a large service fee. I told them that they've mailed the batteries to me for free before, so please don't send a tech just to replace a battery, just mail it to me. They sent a big envelope with instructions and forgot to include the battery! I called again to get the battery and they said they'd get one out to me. Still no b... read more
They have always responded timely to my requests. The technician today was prompt and courteous. He repaired my problem and explained what needed to be done and checked it out after completing the repair. They have the best customer service I have found.
