Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgable, responsive and professional. Our transaction & installation was completed quickly and they were so accommodating with our schedule. We never felt rushed and were given a thorough explanation of the system, mobile app and features. It was by far the best business transaction we have encountered in a long time--we highly recommend V3.
The battery in one of our smoke alarms went bad and two techs came out - at the appointed time no less. Fixed the problem in just ba few minutes and asked if the could provide us other assistance. We're very pleased with V3's service. (It's also comforting to have their burglar alarm system protecting our house.
V3 Security was recommended to us by my Mother in law who has used them for over a year. They were prompt and thorough in all appointments we've had thus far. Even follow up questions have been fielded courteously. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
We moved today and Ryan was quick and efficient at moving our equipment! We love V3 and happy it moves where we move!!!

V3 are great both in customer service and in repair. It is great to know that they are watching your service and when something is wrong they let you know.
I love working here! I've known the owner Josh personally for years and trust him like a brother. Working for V3 has stretched me as a person.
