Great experience, and of course ended up buying the car. The staff couldn't be any more helpful, welcoming and making us feel like we knew each other forever. Communication was delightful, very honest and upfront (they sent me a picture of a dented area that could've deter me from buying the car if I would've not known about it.) Highly recommended and I'll surely go back to get another car for our company.

Horrible Horrible experience. We ended up buying the car from there and it literally broke down on the way home. Our own stupid fault for buying it AS IS. The owner of V&L did offer to pay for a portion of the repairs. We took it in to be repaired and the bill was $1089!! V & L was nice enough to send us a check for $500 to cover the repairs. Received a timely response about vehicle i was inquiring about.
I ended up buying a vehicle from this dealership for what I thought was a "great deal". I brought it back to my home state and it completely failed inspection in multiple areas with repair costs totaling over $1,000.00 just to pass inspection and there are still things that will need to be fixed. I bought the vehicle with a 30 day unlimited warranty..but when I contacted them concerning repairs, they refused to pay stating the warranty doesn't cover wear and tear even though I just bought the vehicle 12 days prior.
