This place is amazing, not only were the prices insanely unbeatable, but the man who fixed my phone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone.
Bob at U-Zoox was phenomenal, he let me in 20 minutes earlier than he opens to accommodate me and also that same day he had my iPad air screen replaced and back up running. He then in the evening past 7 let me in after hours to once again accommodate my schedule thank you Bob!
DON'T GIVE UP ON A BROKEN PHONE. My first visit was to get a shattered screen repaired (due to a freak blow from a heavy dumbbell!) I also got one of their heavy duty screen protectors. Even though there's a remaining cloud in the LED, it's merely cosmetic and, most importantly, they didn't try to sell me a fix I didn't need or want. Today I went in because phone wasn't charging. As I suspected, dirt in the port which Eliot cleaned out, no charge! They had a part on hand if it was needed, but again, he didn't tell me I neede... read more
