My daughter Ava ( age 7) was just see there less then 24 hours ago... we were on a mini vacation from Iowa when we had any emergency situation from a tonsillectomy 10 days prior. The staff there from the minute we entered the ER to when we were transferred to the Children's hospital was nothing short of perfection! Went for a MRI brain scan. Staff is very helpful and the people who performed the scan made me feel very comfortable and explained everything.

My husband had a great experience at the hospital. Smooth surgery and recovery care. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
I've had 3 surgeries in less than a year at the American Center. I couldn't of asked for better care. All staff was amazing!
Oh my! Been everywhere, many surgeries but let me shout out to my crew at the American center AWESOME!! Never been a huge fan of the big UW Hospital setting, but man you guys turned that upside down!
