Excellent care and such friendly staff. Like to add a Beautiful Hospital, nice environment and the cafeteria is excellent!
My wife has battled numerous cancers over the past 4+ years. Through it all, we have always been treated as people, not an imposition. The entire staff of uw hospital are the greatest folks that I have had the "unfortunate " pleasure to have been a qcquainted with. They are all very competent and ready to go the extra mile for their patients comfort. The old saying, " Best care anywhere ", that's carbone cancer center.
My boyfriend was diagnosed with AML in May of 2016 and came to Madison from Illinois for his treatments. I can't say enough about the compassion and excellent care he received while being hospitalized for 2 months for treatment the first time and then 1 month the second time for his stem cell transplant. Not only were the Doctors, nurses and CNA's wonderful with him but they were great with me . I go every 3 weeks for infusions finishing breast cancer treatment. My last visit was rough. Just the wait for my treatment was over 2 and a half hours. But over all everyone is so nice. So thank you Carbone cancer center for all you do.
