Do not give these people your $300 deposit! I ask if My daughter was denied for the apartment would my money be refunded and I was told yes. Beware they are n the business of stealing people money! I am definitely taking future action. Was told only way it would not be refunded is if there was an eviction .
These ppl intentionally deceives the public. They called me on Friday saying they have an apt to lease for my handicapped & disabled mom & to bring the deposit. I brought them the deposit on Monday. THEY DENIED HER & said she forfeited her 300$ deposit!!!!! I asked them if for any reason she can't get the apt can she get her deposit back. GOD is my witness, they said yes Monday & denied they said it Wednesday. THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY! Just read the mgr & her staff's responses

This place is not bad at all. It's peaceful & stuff but people be living there trash everywhere and they be smoking in the hallways and living trash in the elevator ! Fix this please ! It pisses me off....
